About Judi and David

Judith Schumacher, Partner and Owner, manages client development and preconstruction services for SchuCom.  With over 20-years of experience in the construction industry, she understands the importance of building trusted client and consultant relationships.  Judi focuses on project requirements before the actual construction begins.  Communication and coordination with the client, other consultants, and subcontractors, ensures that the project results will truly be the client’s vision.  Her personal involvement during preconstruction is what sets SchuCom apart from other companies.

But – keep going – it doesn’t end there; David is also ‘hands-on’ with clients.

David Schumacher, Partner and Owner, and licensed General Contractor, began his career in construction as a project manager for Crossgates, Inc., a commercial, residential and real estate developer, general contractor & property management firm in Pennsylvania.   After gaining years of critical development and construction experience, he became the firm’s Vice-President of Construction.  David’s construction expertise is on the operations side of the business, overseeing the construction projects.  His knowledge of the industry, familiarity with subcontractors, and insight regarding best construction practices, results in successful SchuCom projects.

David and Judi are committed to their client’s.  Their integrity-driven ambition is the key, with a goal to have every client return when they have future construction needs.
